I have found that if I double chop veggies or make a 6 oz cut of meat I can save it for lunch (or sometimes breakfast), the next day. It not only saves time but also the hassle of deciding what to eat!

I'm DONE doing the Potluck thing with Foods that are unhealthy!
I have had my LAST unhealthy contribution to a potluck !!! I have a terrible sweet tooth and I tend to indulge it when I bake for a potluck! This last time I baked cookie cups and only two were eaten@ my MOMS Club! Everyone in My MOMS Club does NOT eat healthy! We have a fundraiser set up for Rubio's this week alone! So when I go to a potluck from now on it's fruit salad I'll be bringing! And when I go to the funddraiser .it's salad I'll eat! What about you ? Do you bring healthy food to ...

Keep A Black Marker WITH the Masking tape for labelling leftovers!
Whenever I have leftovers, I put them in plastic storage and label with masking tape & a black permanent marker when to "Eat By" and the date. I found it necessary to keep at least one or more black permanent markers RIGHT NEXT TO the masking tape in the drawer so I would be able to make "labelling leftovers" a habit! And now it has become one new healthy habit I have acquired !!!
I have learned to cook healthy meals and this method has saved me a lot of money! When I cook healthy, the next day I eat leftovers having a healthy lunch. It BEATS/CUT OUT all the fast food eating during my lunch break!9
