Bulking Up Frozen Meals

When I don't have time to cook my food for lunch the night before I have a stash of Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals in the freezer at work. To bulk them up I add a serving of veggies. It helps me stay fuller throughout the day and I'm getting an extra serving of veggies!

    JUST veggies (response above) does not provide needed protein. An easy fix...trail mix or nuts in single serve paks. ( you might have to measure and create these packets

    Instead of a frozen "meal" I will grab a bag of steamable vegetables with a light sauce and eat the entire bag. I am a "bulk" eater and it helps feeling full but not taking in that many calories. I make sure my next meal is a real one though.
