My girls like ice cream at night, but I have a hard time limiting how much I eat. It's definitely one of my 'trigger foods'! BUT- I found the White Mint Truffle bars from Skinny Cow and they're delicious!!! And only 100 calories! They're so rich that I'm not tempted to eat more than one!

Every once in a while, you feel like having a treat. Afterward the feeling of guilt builds and that can make you fail. What I do is "buy" my treat thus taking away the guilt. I chose to do situps. The exercise you chose is your decision. I chose situps because it was a "punishment" that was doled out by my Senai in my martial arts class. At one time, I had worked up to doing 600 situps a day.
