try to measure at least once a week while exercising because sometimes you can't tell you're making much progress without the measurements going down while you exercise. You never know if its muscle you gain or fat you lose.

    I have been here for 3 years on Sparks People.I would love to say that every day was a breeze with no fall backs.But that is not so.I have had fall backs and start overs.But one thing.That has always rang true I had support here in every area.Be it when I could not exercise like everyone else due to pain or just not having motivation to not eating right.I knew I could click out here and find someone there to listen and help me.Not to give it or give up.Since coming to Sparks I have changed my life a full 180 degrees.I am happy mentally,physically and spiritually.
As Have Found Me not just by losing weight but by finding the real and total me.
I am a proud leader of the Secret.We are all about positive thinking.That does not mean we don't have down days we do but we are learning and sharing how to see those Rainbows no matter the type of rain we maybe facing.

    Taking your measurements can give you a more accurate picture of your progress, or at least a fuller picture.
