Prepare your produce (wash, cut up, etc....) and place them in clear containers in the fridge. This makes it easier for preparing meals and finding healthy snacks when the fruit and veggies are all cut up and ready to eat.
Using Containers for Sliced Melons, Fruits and Veggies
When I buy a canteloupe, honeydew melon or watermelon ~ I slice it up and store the prepared fruit in the fridge a plastic lidded shoe box container from the $1 store. The fruit is ready to go and makes meal prep a snap. Also works well for storing prepared veggies such as carrot and celery sticks
