I love rich blue cheese dressing but I mix equal parts water with dressing. You still get the rich flavor of a full bodied dressing AND it spreads much more evenly over a salad so you get the delicious taste with every bite.

I hate salads without salad dressing. And so, I split every new bottle of dressing into two bottles and add malt vinegar to each. It saves a lot of money on salad dressing, thins the dressing so that it coats better, and cuts my salad dressing calories in half.
