When you are super busy, mini workouts thru the day can help you reach your fitness goals for the day. Rather than taking a full hour to work out at once, workout 2 30 minutes sessions or 4 15 min sessions. Hopping on the bike or walking when you can will help boost your fitness minutes!

    Whenever I am feeling restless or need to move, I take a walk down the hall, say hello to some co-workers or fill my water bottle up (even if it doesn't need it!) I find that this helps me get through the day - by SIROKI13

    On Wednesdays, I do Body Pump and then try to do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, but I have one of those event-rich days, so the aerobic was not going to get done. What a great idea - I needed this today - thanks! - by VAINVT
