When you are super busy, mini workouts thru the day can help you reach your fitness goals for the day. Rather than taking a full hour to work out at once, workout 2 30 minutes sessions or 4 15 min sessions. Hopping on the bike or walking when you can will help boost your fitness minutes!

Do a whole body mini workout on the stairs. Do one set (15-20 reps) of:
-Stair-push ups (like wall push-ups, but uses more of your body weight) -Step-ups (take two stairs if you can) -Single-leg calf raises -Then sprint one flight up and back down.
Repeat as many times as you can in 10 minutes .
I have stairs at home, and can manage to fit in this mini work out three times a day.
