Remember when you were little and the Buddy System seemed silly when going to the bathroom or on a walk through the woods? Well, it's really not that silly when you think about it. Having a buddy along gives you someone to share your time with, to talk to, and to help keep you going. Having a buddy can take the focus off the strenuousness of the exercise and make it more fun and before you know it, you're done. Get a buddy!220
