This is a new one for me. When I work out and I'm sore the next day, I go ahead and do a cardio workout. From what I read, it's a bad idea to do nothing at all, that will extend the amount of time you are sore. If you repeat what caused the soreness, it can make you weak. .
Examples of cardio could be a walk or run. You could even use an exercise video. These are not all. I can't wait until it warms up, my cardio will become swimming with my girls.

I have a long hair dog and had a groomer but she after 5 years quit, I think she wanted more appt. but didn't talk to me. I am trying to groom my little dear and today was the day. I finally got her feet done and then the body. She had a bath too. Talk about a stressed out dog poor baby. Smile.
your hair gets build up from using the same shampoo all the time.. to get rid of build up you can simply add a couple table spoons of backing soda to a 1/4 cup of your regular shampoo and apply to dry hair and let set, for several minutes....then of course rinse hair in shower like you normaly would. Be sure to use a good conditioned afterward beacuse this takes all the yucky and some mosture out of your hair. Condition and rinse like you normaly would.. and you will notice a healthy diffrence
