Putting stickers on my calendar is a powerful visual of my success. I can earn up to three daily - but I also cut them in half if I only achieved partial goal (walked 10 minutes instead of 30, etc.) If I get 15 full stickers out of possible 21 for the week, I treat myself to a non-food reward.

    I use stickers on my calendar too. I have small smiley faces in bright colors. I put one every day I exercise and every week I lose weight. emoticon

    This is a wonderful idea...kind of like the post-it note idea from THE SPARK! I don't think anyone ever gets tired of seeing stickers for their reward of positive behavior.
