My best little secret is how I lost weight and keep it off. It is very simple really, use a dessert plate instead of a dinner plate. Only take 1 spoon full of each item and 1 piece of meat each meal. No seconds. Cut down on starches and sugars. Eat more vegetables and fruits. You will loose weight.
I went from a size 14 to a size 8 and have stayed there for 6 or more years. I still eat that way and do not have junk food in my house. I will buy potato chips once in a blue moon once or twice a year. Hope this helps you. Good luck.

Fill the space in front of you (and I DON'T mean your belly!) to make meal more appealing and less Spartan!

Not just other people but yourself.... If your clothes are too big for you, dont wear them. You'll feel frumpy. Putting on a smaller size can be such a huge motivation. You have that voice in your head telling you 'I'm in a smaller size- the effort is paying off!. 9
