The fitness tracker has been such a blessing when my doctor told me I needed to start doing strength exercises. I was at a loss then I noticed it right there above my cardio exercises and checked it out. I can already feel the difference in my shoulders and arms.Thanks ;^]

In October 2011 I was not able to complete a 5K walk that incorporated walking up 1000 steps (the annual Bisbee 1000, AZ). The next day I set out to lose 65 pounds and increase my strength and endurance so I can go back in 2012 and complete the walk. That is my motivation to "train."
I am already registered for the 2012 walk in October and am well on my way to being fit to finish!
