    Its effective indeed. I just started doing this for the month of April(as i got bored sometimes with work and got no friend around to chat with in my floor emoticon ). I started browsing through the SP and reading stuffs, and then set my fitness minutes for thr month. Althogh im only half way to my goal... im already feeling much better.

I already have plans for the month of May .. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
