A quick, easy. go-to breakfast:
4 egg whites
1 wedge Laughing Cow Lite Cheese

Cook egg whites until almost done. Add cheese and salsa. Continue cooking until eggs are set and cheese melts. About 118 cals (depending on how much salsa you use).
