I keep moving throughout the day. Work requires that I stand and when I don't have guests I use the time to do Qi Gong exercises:moving my hands, wrists, fingers, stretching wrists to avoid carpel tunnel,shifting weight from one foot to the other, doing small stretches. I move discreetly stretching calves and getting up on my tiptoes. With live bands in our workplace it's not uncommon to see the employees moving to the music.I keep moving every part of my body that I can. 354
Dancing is so much fun. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Celebrate yourself and move to the music. I put on top 40 hits with a heart thumping beat and move. My teenage daughter used to cover her eyes and groan in embarrassment. Now she can't help but move too. We now dance together.
