I have always struggeled getting down the minimum of 8 glasses of water that is recommended. So I changed some habits... I fill 4 bottles of water from my Brita the night before and keep them cold in my fridge. I take a bottle with me practically every where I go.
While driving to work, or any where, I have a bottle with me and take a drink every time I stop at a light or stop sign. I've also stopped drinking coffee during the day. Not only has this saved me money, but if I am drinking something at work, it's my water. 20 continuous weeks now!
