I have sabotaged my weight loss plans by trying to eat things I didn't like to cut calories. My life changed when I decided that I would only eat what I like and keep within my ranges. You can maintain your plan if you like doing it!!

    I have done that for so long. And I did it again yesterday, I ate a can of sardines because they are good for you. Never again. I have gotten better and think that is a very good idea. Thanks for reminding me.
