It took a few tries, but finding an exercise that I consider fun has made all the difference. My fun activity is water aerobics. emoticon

  • water aerobics is not just good for the heart - it is gentler on the joints than land due to gravity/buoyancy, and has the additional benefit of gentle upper body resistance.
    Some classes use belts, dumbbells, and other aids.
