I am a peanut butter lover could eat it all the time :) Well I recently found PB2 which is a pressed peanut butter. It basically removes all of the oil leaving you with a powdered peanut butter that you add to dishes or favorite drink!!! Way less calories and still get the peanut butter flavor :) Their website also has lots of great recipes. PB2 only has 45 calories so this cuts about 150 calories compared to regular peanut butter 224

I absolutely love peanut butter, only problem is the cal,fat grams,sodium, etc doesn't love me back.....so i discovered pb2 as well as chocolate pb2 at www.bellplantation.com it is powdered peanut butter.
2 tbsp consist of 45 cal, 1.5 g of fat, 94mg-sodium,5g-carb,2g-fiber, 1g-sugar, 5g-protein!!!! & choc pb2 is pretty close to the same. u mix 2 tbsp of powder with 1 tbsp of water or your favorite drink or jelly!! many recipes at the website as well
