I have been stuck for a few months, but I feel like I've finally broken through. If you weigh every day, you can see a sodium spike after eating out too much, for example, and you can see what your weight is really doing.

Weighing every day also lets women see water fluctuations caused by hormones. Track it in an Excel graph if it helps.

    Experts always seem to say to weigh once a week or less but I agree weighing everyday is one of my "secrets" of success. I couldn't agree more.

    This always works for me! I was within 5 lbs of my goal weight, and then my scale broke. Back on came 10 lbs, and now I'm back on my new scale!

    I'm going to try starting tomorrow. I like to weigh just one day a week but it is not working for me. Thanks for the suggestion.
