It's spring - time to grill food. I fill the grill with chicken or salmon and vege's: onions, red & green peppers, corn, whatever you like. Make extra of the protein to use in salads or sandwiches or spreads or whatever. Enjoy!

    I luv grilling--------use those baskets and fill them with all the veggies yumm. Nothing better then grilled veggies.

    I have a basket now and grill everything! Last night was cauliflower and beans. I try almost everything out on the grill!!!

    Do you use a special pan or rack for grilling sweet potatoes and mango? Otherwise, how does it not stick? Thanks for the tip.

    Grilling is fantastic! Lots of flavor, low in fat. I like to grill sliced sweet potato. You can also be creative with grilling fruit for some exotic flavor. Grilled mango is to die for!
