I work on the second floor of our building, but I have to go downstairs quite frequently. We only have stairs so I already get somewhat of a workout but to challenge myself further I do 10 one-legged squats per leg every time I reach the top of the stairs. I put my free leg back and touch my toe to the stair below to make sure I'm squatting low enough. When I straighten my bent leg I squeeze my free leg upward to work out my hamstrings and glutes as well.
