If you are like me and get hungry at night here is what I do. I plan out my food in my nutrition tracker and always leave just enough for a night time snack which is a bowl of cheerios. That satisfies a craving if you re really hungry and has no guilt attached because it fits in your tracker.

Biotene Toothpaste helps dry mouth tremendously. I use Colgate Total in the AM and Biotene at night. They also have mouthwash, oral gel for nightime, and gum. The gel is great. Forget the gum it's expensive and Orbit sugar free does the same thing. Toothpaste is about 5.50 at Walmart.
Not as thristy anymore since using the Biotene.
I DO NOT reccommend that you starve your self,but what's worked for me is when I get that first hunger pain I'll eat somthing small & healthy to trick my stomach into thinking I just feasted in a few hours more I'm hungry again & I eat a regular meal,by regular meal I mean half of what I used to
My problem was over eating,so I am still able to eat the same things (Even though I don't) I just eat less of them,half to be exact
