If you are like me and get hungry at night here is what I do. I plan out my food in my nutrition tracker and always leave just enough for a night time snack which is a bowl of cheerios. That satisfies a craving if you re really hungry and has no guilt attached because it fits in your tracker.

    I like your idea! Now I need to do is stop myself from eating too much in the afternoon so I have the extra calories!

    This is a great idea. I am always snacking in the evening because I go to bed very late.

    This is a good idea. I like to save a yogurt and fresh fruit for evenings with my favorite tv shows :)
