Tibetan monks Rites of Rejuvenation401 Ding these five movements daily has helped me to relieve stress ,stretch,and feel stronger .When I don't have time for a full length workout this fits the bill day or night.I started off doing three reps of each rite and have made progress in getting closer to 21 reps of each movement.I would highly recommend picking up the book or borrowing from the library ,Ancient Secret Of The Fountain Of Youth by Peter Kelder,Foreword by Bernie S. Siegel,M.D.
