Keep yourself motivated by rewarding your hard work. As I set new goals I also set up my reward for reaching that goal. The rewards were my carrot to keep me focus and moving. Goals were anything like getting my daily steps, hitting a milestone, eating my meals etc. they can be what ever you like.
These were none food related for the biggest part. A hand-tooled leather belt, a new place setting to eat my meals (this one is food related) new jeans. Making the rewards personal and lasting like the place setting is a great reminder on my achievement. 209
