It is easy to add veggies into your day. They are low in calories, versatile and make for great snacks. Stock up on celery, carrots, baby bell peppers, cauliflower and broccoli florets, grape tomatoes and baby cucumbers. Then you can munch away without the guilt.

    Blenders are great at helping to disguise vegetables and add them to other foods! Eating vegetables for me is like the old adage of Eating An Elephant - you can do it, if you take small bites!!

    Make sure to enjoy a variety of colors, too! Try to get one of every color vegetable into your meal planning every day!
