I find that by drinking 8 glasses of water a day I keep hydrated and keep my numbers low like blood sugar, cholesterol, as well as when I have a cold it makes me get over it faster because I'm not dried up. I also have more energy in which to exercise more.

I have asthma. I have had a particularly bad case of asthma last year and I had bronchitis on top of that ,so I was drinking water like crazy to stay hydrated.But~I noticed a strange phenomenon~I felt better and could BREATHE EASIER when I kept up with the eight glasses of water[I usually drink 4].So ,here's to staying healthy by drinking the 8 glasses of water~and get your points while BREATHING EASIER!!!91
i know this secret and so does almost everyone else. What is it? Drink clean clear water! It helps keep your mind clear, you feel better, look better, and most of all it helps the weight come off and stay off. I have noticed over the years that when I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day I will lose more weight and I will feel and look better.
