I am probably the least motivated person when it comes to exercise. It seemed crazy just setting three small fast break goals. I've found that completing just one is a great confidence booster. If I can do just ten minutes, maybe I can do ten minutes and drink 8 cups a day. :)

A way to avoid nervous eating or emotional eating is to chew gum. Gum chewing is low in calories and makes the breath smell good. 306
I also like to have several packages of different flavors of gum handy ...like one in the car, one at work, one in my purse, one one top of the refrigerator, one near the remote at the TV...handy, keep gum handy to cut out empty calories.
