I am probably the least motivated person when it comes to exercise. It seemed crazy just setting three small fast break goals. I've found that completing just one is a great confidence booster. If I can do just ten minutes, maybe I can do ten minutes and drink 8 cups a day. :)

I work at a desk and I keep a mirror hanging in front of my desk or on my desk so that I can quickly and easily see my reflection. This helps so much when I want to go chow down! I see how far I have come and I see how far I still have to go! It is a win win scenario!
I change out different ones that match the season we are in or a holiday one is always fun too!
