Don't be too hard on yourself if you screw up for a day or two (or more!). If you eat too much and/or and don't exercise, don't be too hard on yourself and don't let it set you back! Just keep plowing forward, forgive yourself, and remember tomorrow is always a new day!306
I allow myself to mess up on some days. I realize that I am only human and that I am going to make mistakes. The key is to don't be so hard on yourself and to get back in the swing of things the next day. I don't allow myself to quit. I learn from mistakes and get back on track!
