    I had lost 21 pounds and then it happened. We went on vacation. I thought I did watched what I eat, but consumed alot of cheese. We had wine and alcoholic beverage. which I do did have. I did drink water, but we ate out alot. When I came home I had gained 9 pounds in 8 days. I waited another 3 days before starting back on the program. That was 4 days ago and now I have lost 5 pounds of the 9 that I gained. It is going to be a long road for me because I have ALOT of weight to loose. With spark people I do measure and record all I plan to eat that day. So maybe by next week I will have lost the remainder of what I gained. We don't need to let our vacation get in the way of our final goal.

    it's the getting back up that is the hard part...especially when you're doing it all alone
