I LOVE to BAKE! The problem IS I LOVE to EAT WHAT I BAKE! So, now instead of baking a birthday cake or some other sweet that will last a week in the house,I celebrate the day by eating OUT and having the slice of cake,pie or sweet treat at a restaurant! That way I have my cake "SLICE" and eat it too
I KNOW I WILL celebrate with some sweet treat,but keeping only one slice within reach and OUT at a restaurant fulfills my sweet tooth,sense of celebration, and keeps the REST away from my waistline! That helps me "teach" my body that one piece is ENOUGH!
