Don'T Wait Until You Get Hungry




I have personally found that if I consciously schedule myself to eat a snack in between main meal,s (even if I don't feel hungry) not only do I maintain energy levels, I eat less at the next main meal emoticon I have at least proven this to myself by using Sparkpeoples Nutrition Tracker tool

  • When I became pre-diabetic from being overweight, I learned that eating every two hours keep me feeling full and stabilized my blood sugar. Your metabolism increases and burns more fat and calories. I try to have a protein and a carb for each snack.

    This works for me as well. About 6 months ago, I started setting timer for 3.5 hrs. We eat regular meals &/or snacks that keep us level on the hunger scale.
