If you snack because you like to have your hands busy, try buying sugar snap peas at your local farmer's market. You can easily shell them while reading, watching tv/movie, etc, they're super yummy raw, and they're good for you!

Do your best to curb your eating about two to three hours before you go to bed. Try and stick with water/calorie free beverages after dinner. If you really feel you need to munch, try veggies, like bell pepper strips or sugar snap peas!
