Drinking Water




I start the day with 16 oz water before coffee then have another 16 oz before lunch and another 16 oz before dinner. I try to sip on water or decaf. coffee/tea during the day.

More Information:

Drinking the water before eating seems to help me control eating too much. I also reach for water or decaf tea first when I think I'm hungry.

  • Will try drinking water before meals to seem fuller...won't be 16oz though. I DON'T CARE TOO MUCH FOR WATER. emoticon - by PROPMAN1
