I love the dishwasher safe cutting boards. Usually made from Plastic, glass or any other surface that slips. If you heavily dampen one ( two paper towels if thay are thin). Place them under your board for rolling or hand chopping. The board will stay in place.For a long job, wet it again as needed.
I like the reusable boards because the wood is hard to maintain.Plastic or tempered glass are easier. They often have glued on feet that come off in the dishwasher. This is better than replaing it. I just removed the feet when one falls off and this makes the product usefull again.
