I have found that I was getting into a bad habit: wanting a sweet after lunch or dinner. I now have Hot Tea after a meal and it elimates the need for the sweet. It also replaces a healthy habit for one that isn't so healthy. I switch tea flavors to keep it interesting! emoticon

    Thanks!! I have been fighting this battle for the last couple of weeks. I find that even before dinner is finished, I am thinking about something sweet.

    That was my problem, but I am much better. Now frut, fruit , fruit or spiced tea!
