Skechers Shape Up Sneakers emoticon

More Information:

I bought a pair after reading a good review in one of my exercise/fitness magazines. I love them. I use them when I walk the dogs & go to the grocery store. They really do work your hamstrings and calves. I also noticed that I focus more on standing up straight. They come with a DVD too.

  • I have a pair and havent seen any changes . But the can be very slick on icy places - by PEGUS63
  • I bought mine in October while on Vacation in Las Vegas. It took awhile to get used to them, but I DO love them, and I think they make you use some muscles differently when you walk. I would still recommend caution with them because they are designed to make you a little off balance and if you have balance or mobility issues they could be dangerous. I NEVER wear them when I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking on uneven ground. - by LJCANNON
  • I couldn't believe that my muscles actually ached the first week I wore them. I am on my feet at least 3 hours every day and they are both comfortable and feel like they are doing some good! - by SHANNA1144
  • I bought my skeechers as month ago. I WEAR THEM CONSTANTLY!! They are SO
WORTH THE $120 I spent for them. I will buy them again when the time comes. They have helped me walk without a limp, which I have from degenerative osteo. I have lost inches, my thighs are firm and boy! when I do the Skeechers workout, I really feel it in my bum.
I tried some mock ups but they DEFINITELY ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE REAL SKEECHERS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SKEECHERS; do not waist money on some look alikes that really do not have the same dynamics as Skeechers. GREAT SHOES! I can run in them too, as well as jump rope which I can not do without them.

  • I've been waiting for them to get less expensive too. Sears had a few different brands for under $50.00 - Now I'll have to try them. emoticon - by KPREZUKE
  • I think I'll save my money. I have problems with my legs and these runners may aggravate them. emoticon - by SAMMYLYNNE
  • I have not bought them yet, I am not suppossed to walk for three weeks, and than back to the foot doctor, but she suggested that I try them, because I have a problem with mobility in my big toe, and she said the rocking motion would save bending the toe, so I gotta buy some. - by MERRYMARY42

The price scared me off for a long time but I finally broke down and got them. They are the best! The first week of just wearing them as part of my everyday routine I lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 inch off my hips! Now I never take them off!! LOL - by AGRLNKY
  • I was thinking about getting a pair myself. Was worried that the 100 dollar price tag would not be worth it. Glad to hear that they are working for people! - by LIZINLAKEWOOD
  • I just got the cheaper ones at kmart....wore them yesterday for a short time and could really feel it...today I'll wear them on my walk.....woo hoo - by DDHEART
