I have been seeing a chiropractor for several months due to a degenerative bone disease in my neck which causes pain in my shoulder. However, since I started doing yoga and strength training, I have been able to cut back on my appointments from every week to every three weeks.

My gym is two minutes walk away and they have made a deal with me that if I am more than 15 minutes late they will call...unless I have informed them previously of a change in schedule for an important reason.

I work off of an appointment schedule each day. My last appointment of the day is at the gym. I would not miss an appointment with one of my patients so why would I allow myself to miss my own appointment?
