I love flavored yogurt but it can be costly. I buy large containers of fat free vanilla yogurt and spoon out a serving. I then add a tablespoon (or to taste) of instant pudding and pie filling mix. My favorite..cream cheese and then I sprinkle my own graham crackers crumbs on the top. Yummm

Go for yogurt when you need calories or are in doubt
If you find that you just ate under calories for the day, eat a cup or two of Fat Free Light yogurt. Most store brands carry a wonderful selection that will be around 100 cals, and less than 20 carbs (like Publix brand).
And the flavors are great! Instead of eating a piece of cake, I eat Black Forst Cake yogurt, or Carrot Cake yogurt.
There's a reason Michael & Fiona eat yogurt on Burn Notice - it's good for you, cheap to buy, & is great for energy!
I go shopping for yogurt if I even get down to 10 containers in my fridge drawer. I live for this stuff. And it's a great snack at night, and you can add more fruit to it if you like.
Kefir id a drinking-style yogurt that tastes a little more tart than yogurt & contains easily digestible complete proteins.Kefir can also help eliminate unhealthy food cravings by making the body more nourished and balanced. Kefir is in the refrigerated section by the eggs or milk proucts and cheaper than yogurt. Buy the plain an add fresh fruit or make a Kefir Smoothie.Careful the flavored has sugar so add your own fruit.
