I eat 100 calorie snack packs to curb my sweet tooth and keep moving forward.
I have found that eating the 100 calorie snacks and a FREE day during the week keep me moving forward. I have tried the diets that you can't eat what you want and I cheat every time this way there isn't any cheating.
No matter what keep moving forward! You want this! You need this! Don't let one step back keep you from moving forward. We all have momentary setbacks but that is all they are. MOMENTARY! So no matter what just remember to just keep swimming!
Remember, two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward. As long as you keep moving forward, you're winning. No one is perfect -- forgive yourself, learn from your experience, and soldier onward. Progress, not perfection!
