It's summer time. One of the most effective ways to tone up and slim down is to simply walk, so get outside! I have been walking daily (wearing Tone-Up shoes to boot..) and I feel great and it gives me a chance to get away and enjoy time to myself with my iPod.
It's summer time! Get out and ride a real bike. Notice all the birds, people, children, trees, butterflies, lakes, or life's happenings! Breathe the fresh air, smile, and exercise all at the same time! Kick that stationary bike to the curb!
At most stores such as Target, Walmart, etc...they usually offer plastic wear in sets for pretty cheap, $1 or so...usually around the summer time. I purchase the small ones at are equivalent to 1 cup, I use these for cereal, snacks, even my main course at a meal, u get the right amount every time!
