the new wisps are great they are very andy, who wants to eat right after brushing your teeth, and the flavor's of the toothpaste get that "sweet" craving gone

Whenever I get a sweet tooth instead of grabbing a piece of candy or something bad for me I grab something salty, tart or sour. I love pickles so whenever I'm craving something sweet I eat a pickle or two and my sweet tooth is gone! And since I ate something "better" for me than, say, half of the pack of oreo's staring me in the face, it keeps me on track! 7
When you have a craving for something sweet or you're hungry btw meals, go brush your teeth. It's good for your teeth, but it also refreshes your mouth and makes you less apt to want to eat something at that time.
