I did not feel like going to the gym today to work out until I stopped and thought and decided to- Be Thankful that I have a car to get to the gym-that I am able to afford my GYM membership-That I am healthy enough to work out!- and that I now have the knowledge and skills to CHANGE MY LIFE!

Your body does not have different signals when it needs water or food. So sometimes when you think you are hungry, in fact its just your body asking for water! So the next time you say "how can i be hungry i just ate' Drink a glass of water and find something to do for 15 minutes!
If you are still hungry go with fruit or veggies but chances are...your body just wanted water!
