For me, the action of going to the gym seemed rather tiresome. Just thinking about it made me want to put my pajamas on and climb back into bed. But recently, i have found a new soruce of motivation... From my family. I find i am more willing with family by my side.

I wanted to loose weight before getting pregnant so I bought the wii and the biggest loser game. I worked out and stopped eating all the junk I was and I lost 40 pounds in two months. I managed to keep most of it off even after having a baby. I am 4 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and he is 3 weeks old.

Having support systems when you're creating a healthy lifestyle is CRITICAL. Though family is important to share in your health journey everyone doesn't have that support. If that's the case, create your own support system by incorporating church members, friends, co-workers, other sparkers, support groups, strangers on the same journey, and the like. Your quality of life while making small & big changes can be greatly amplified with support of your endeavors.
