An exercise to do when you don't have any equipment. Great all over workout!

This may sound easy; but, I'm warning you... it's not. You don't need anything. Pick a spot in your room, sit down on the floor (all the way) then stand back up. Then sit down on the floor (all the way down), now stand back up. Try this for a few minutes. See how long you last! emoticon
