When I feel discouraged because I'm not loosing quickly enough, I go to the grocery store and put in my cart 1 pound of butter for each pound I've lost so far. When I see how much butter I end up with, I realize that I shouldn't think of how much I still have to loose, but how much I've lost!
PS: Bags of potatoes also do the trick!

I started using TVP, textured vegetable protein in most of my meat cooking. It looks a bit like oatmeal. Use about a 1c to 1 1/2c in a meat sauce, or a 1c + 1c water, let rehyd in lean ground meat, it has no fat but all the protein. TVP is tasteless, it takes on the favors you add, wonderful stuff.

I recently bought a "PURE" water bottle with freezer stick and water filter system. Its a 32oz bottle with the water filter inside. I don't like tap water and have spent a lot of money on bottled and when I found this buy for $10.00 I thought it was a steal the filter is supposed to last for 300 fill ups. The water taste great.91
