Depriving oneself of fatty (yummy) desserts 7 days a week can seem like hell. It's okay to have a fattening treat or two once a week and still be on track! (Last night I had a blueberry muffin, a chocolate chip cookie and hot cocoa!) Now I'm back in 'diet' mode! emoticon emoticon
