We all want that perfect figure, but beating ourself up is no help. Try to lighten up a little. I take my new lifestyle very seriously but if I have something I shouldn't I just try to overcome it, move on and try to make better choices the next time.

The idea is learn from our mistakes and learn to make healthy choices we can live with not to feel deprived and hungry.

    i agree, i have given into my cravings for cheesecake, i fit it into my calories for the day but i still feel bad after i eat it, i am working on not giving into the cravings for that, it hasn't been that satisfaction that i thought it would be, so i need to remember that and not eat it! same with Dr. Pepper. makes me feel gross i don't know why i still do it, i think its habits i am working on drinking things that wont cost calories and that helps me stay away from it.....its hard but i know i can do it and achieve the body i want. good luck to you! emoticon
