When I get bored and need something to refresh my routine I look to Hulu.com or Spark for free workout videos to get me out of my funk. I bet you could probably find them elsewhere too (youtube etc) but those are my go to's.

When I began exercising, there were so many programs I wanted to try! We'd go broke purchasing every single workout DVD out there, right? So, instead of buying them, I get them free on YouTube. Although not every program is there, you can find several popular ones including: Zumba, Leslie Sansone, Denise Austin, Tae-Bo, P90X, The Tracy Anderson Method, Insanity... You can also do what I did, create a personalized playlist of the videos you like best for a customized, FREE workout! 357
You can check out one of my personal playlists for ideas.
At http://www.technosweat.com/ You can make your own workout mix cd. You can also adjust beats per minute on your own songs. There is a cost. I also found a list of good workout music there. If you search for it on itunes podcasts there are some free workout episodes available.
