I used to put out my exercise clothes in my bedroom before I went to bed, that never worked for me. Now I put my exercise clothes in the bathroom, since that is the first place I go.

Just do ONE thing at a time. Set a goal, to do one thing, and either master it or incorporate it into your routine. When that ONE thing is done, move onto the next. That way you are not overwhelmed, and you can celebrate your success for doing that ONE thing! Wooohooo!
